           CTTA NEWSLETTER SEPTEMBER 2011
Gloria welcomes you to the Chairman’s Garden Party on Saturday 17th September, 3pm-7pm at 109 Avon Road, Chelmsford. The cost is £5 per head to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with Gloria’s selection of good things to eat and drink. To help with the catering, please let Gloria know if you are able to come.
The 2011 CTTA Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 14 th October at the Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford. Light refreshments will be served after the meeting.
The Art Exhibition, with contributions from children in Chelmsford primary schools, was a successful part of the twinning celebrations in Backnang this year and people in Chelmsford will have an opportunity to see the pictures in October when they are on display in High Chelmer. The Mayor of Chelmsford, Bob Shepherd, visited Backnang in June and he will be opening the display at 4pm on Wednesday 26 th October.
After the very successful Race Night in April we are now returning to our familiar Quiz Night and the Autumn Quiz will be on Friday 4 th November at Chelmsford Rugby Club in Coronation Park. An entry form and a poster are attached to this newsletter – please reserve a place for your team as soon as possible and look forward to our usual great evening.
Hosts are still needed for visitors from Annonay, 28 th to 30 th October – if you can help please contact Liz.
