Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Chelmsford Town Twinning Association will be held at 8.p.m. on Friday 16th October 2009 at the Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE. The agenda is attached.

A copy of the minutes of last year’s Annual General Meeting is enclosed. T he audited annual accounts will be given out at the meeting. A nomination form is also attached for the election of officers for the executive or committee members of the Association. The Secretary should receive any notices of motion you may wish to put forward at least fourteen days before the meeting.
